At Modece we focus on ‘deep green architecture' - using materials with the lowest possible embodied energy and serviced by carbon neutral systems. 

Our architecture responds to seasonal weather variations and climate change using simple design principles such as orientation, mass, solar shading and natural ventilation.

Our office in Stowmarket is a unit within the Old Fox Yard, a Grade II listed 17th century coaching inn which we restored and adapted during 2020-2021. The project creatively preserves, integrates and showcases the building’s heritage with the use of natural and sustainable materials.
